These Terms & Conditions govern participation in our programs, events, services, facility use, and commissioned artwork services. By booking, purchasing, attending, or commissioning work with Studio C The Corner, you agree to the following Terms.
1. About Studio C The Corner
Studio C The Corner is a creative arts studio offering guided art experiences, workshops, paint events, community programs, private group bookings, and commissioned artwork services. We also collaborate with local partners to create an elevated, hospitality‑inspired arts experience.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 General Bookings
• Full payment is required to secure individual seat at paint night registrations unless otherwise stated.
• Spaces are limited and filled on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Pricing is listed per person unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Private Group Events
• Private events require a minimum guest count of 10 as stated at booking.
• A non‑refundable deposit of $400.00 is required to secure your date.
• Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to the event.
• Per‑person pricing applies up to the maximum studio capacity.
2.3 Pricing Changes
Studio C reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds
3.1 Individual Registrations
• Cancellations made 24 hrs or more before the event may receive a full refund.
• Late cancelations made less the 24hrs will receive 50% refund
*no‑shows are non‑refundable.
• Registrations may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
3.2 Private Events
•Deposits are non‑refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

If Studio C must cancel an event, guests will receive a credit or refund.
4. Participation & Studio Conduct
To ensure a welcoming, creative environment for all guests:
• Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines
• Respect shared materials, equipment, and studio space
• Treat staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect
• Children must be supervised when required by program type
Studio C reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the experience.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Art activities involve the use of tools and materials that may present minor risks. By participating:
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• Studio C is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property
• Participants with allergies or sensitivities must notify staff
Participation is at your own discretion.
6. Food & Beverage Experience
Select experiences may include food and beverages provided in partnership with local vendors.
• Outside food and drink may be restricted
• Guests must disclose dietary restrictions in advance
• Studio C is not liable for third‑party food services
All partner offerings are subject to availability.
7. Photography & Media Release
Studio C may photograph or record events for promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in:
• Social media
• Website content
• Marketing materials
Guests who prefer not to be photographed must notify staff in writing prior to the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All Studio C materials, lesson plans, event formats, branding, and original artworks remain the intellectual property of Studio C The Corner and its artists.

• Studio concepts and instructional materials may not be reproduced commercially
9. Commissioned Artwork Services (Independent Artist Services)
Studio C The Corner and its lead artist provide custom commissioned artwork services.
9.1 Consultation & Scope
• Commission projects begin with a consultation to define scope, size, medium, timeline, and pricing
• Written approval of the project brief is required before work begins
9.2 Deposits & Payment
• A non‑refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure commission work
• Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation
• Pricing reflects creative time, materials, and usage rights
9.3 Creative Rights
• The artist retains copyright of all commissioned work
• Clients receive agreed usage rights upon full payment
• Commercial reproduction requires written permission
9.4 Revisions
• 2 minor revisions are included
• Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate
• Major concept changes may require a new agreement
9.5 Timelines
• Completion timelines are estimates and may vary
• Delays caused by client approvals or changes may affect delivery
9.6 Cancellations
• Deposits are non‑refundable
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, completed work will be billed
9.7 Installation & Care
• Clients are responsible for providing a safe installation environment
• Care instructions must be followed to preserve artwork
10. Public & Community Art Projects
For murals and public installations:
• Approvals and permits are the client’s responsibility unless contracted
• Community collaboration terms will be outlined in writing • Weather and site conditions may affect timelines
11. Accessibility & Inclusion

12. Privacy
Personal information collected during booking is used only for communication, scheduling, and studio operations. We do not sell or share personal data.
13. Force Majeure
Studio C is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
15. Updates to Terms
Studio C may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
